In today's episode of Leaders of Tomorrow, Chris Thomson chats with Lucas Bonneau, who is in his third year with the program. In his first year, Lucas was a production manager, and last year he set the all-time rookie record for Quebec. Lucas is also a mini-coach in the program. His goal is to double his business this coming season.
Chris and Lucas discuss the transformation he's achieved as part of the program, who he's become and the types of people he's surrounding himself with.
During the episode, Lucas shares his journey from being a relatively typical 19 year old boy to becoming a first-year operator and now successful mini-coach, and the valuable lessons he learned as a result.

He has grown his trucking business from $400,000 to $5 million in the last six years.
In today’s show, Jonathan shares his experience with the program and some of the things he's learned as a result. For example, before entering the program, he didn't realize it was possible to be successful without having to work long hours every day.
Jonathan discusses his trucking business, and how he quickly realized that he needed to "zoom out" of trucking and look at the transportation industry as a whole, scaling the non-asset portions of the business and focusing on logistics and programs.
