In his current role, Jordan stresses the importance of maintaining a balance between “farming”," or growing existing relationships, and “hunting”," or acquiring new business opportunities.

In today's episode of Leaders of Tomorrow, Chris Thompson chats with Etienne Brisson, an amazing young leader who's managed in Sherbrooke, Quebec for the last two seasons.who's managed in Sherbrooke, Quebec for the last two seasons. Last year, Etienne got off to an incredible sales result. In his preseason, he ended up doing over $200,000 of business, which is amazing as a first year operator. This year, he's already sold 279 or $80,000, as of May 25. His goal is to double his business beyond $400,000. Etienne is also acting as a mini-coach this year in Quebec and is having a real impact.
Chris and Etienne discuss a little of his life before joining the program, such as his commitment to playing football competitively, which he did for 14 years.
During the episode, Etienne shares the eye-opening experience that represented his first year, from what it takes to run a business and be a business owner, to how much he learned about himself, his limits, what he's able to do and what he should delegate more.
