In today's special episode of Leaders of Tomorrow, Chris interviews two of our former operators' parents to give a glimpse inside The Student Works Management Program.
The first guest is Bob Milling, Owner and Founder of Wakefield Mill Hôtel & Spa and the father of Gabriel and Luke, both of them past top-performing operators at Student Works.
Bob will talk about what Luke and Gabe Milling were doing the summer before they joined the program.
He will reveal what his thoughts were about Student Works when his sons started and the challenges they had to overcome during the program.

The second guest is Richard Carroll, an alumnus of the program himself, a successful entrepreneur, and also the father of Quinton Carroll who is now in his second year with Student Works.
