In today’s show, Chris interviews Student Works Operator Joseph Kim.
Growing up, Joseph was dirt poor. He lived in a cold basement, and at one point of time his single mother could not even afford rent, heat, or electricity.
Coming from such adversity, Joseph has really grabbed the incredible Student Works opportunity and is doing all he can to make the most of it. In this segment of the show, listeners are reminded why it is important for them to step out of their comfort zone if they wish to truly progress in life.
Next, Joseph talks about his Student Works experience.
He starts by sharing how he, as a rookie was trained by Luke, a second-year operator. In his second year, Joseph donned the role of a coach as well as he took on new recruits under his wing. What are some key attributes of a successful coach? Is coaching similar to teaching?
